My special guest today is Andrea Carradus with Bridge Communities. Bridge Communities provides free transitional housing to more than 100 families each year through DuPage County, a suburb of Chicago.

Bridge Communities' mission is to transition families facing homelessness to self-sufficiency by working with partners to provide mentoring, housing, and supportive services.

In this episode, Andrea educates us on the reality of homelessness and ways we can help. As well as the role of trauma and spreading empathy, compassion, and kindness.
