Psychotherapy, Parenting, Trauma, and The Simpsons with Dwight Hurst - Episode 36
My guest today is Dwight Hurst. Dwight is a psychotherapist, podcast producer, and writer. He has worked in the mental health field since 1999 including hospitals, residential programs, and outpatient clinics. Dwight works from the perspective that all problems have solutions and collaborates with his patients to solve them together. His practice, Innovate Mental Health Solutions, specializes in a variety of mental health conditions. Dwight describes his podcast, The Broken Brain, as “a fun and informative Podcast about psychology, mental health, treatment, research, culture, and all things Brain-ey.” It is still going strong after almost a decade running!
I loved our conversation and think you will too!
